Job Description

Seeking a Customer Success Intern to join our organization over the summer months to perform administrative duties and data entry as needed by our Customer Success Department. This individual should be highly organized and able to work successfully in a fast-paced, team environment.

An intern in this position will gain real world knowledge of working with a successful team in a growing organization. They will learn new software programs and work hands-on to develop their skills in Microsoft Suite tools. An experience to develop professional skills and standard best practices will be provided through this opportunity.


  • Database maintenance and clean-up

  • Update document templates

  • Help with metrics analyses by pulling data from various systems and organizing that data

  • Assist with pulling reports from multiple systems

  • Initial review of data

  • Data entry



  • Must be currently enrolled to obtain your High School Diploma or an Associate s or Bachelor s degree

  • Interest in working within, or learning more about, a software company

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Self-starter who can work independently and with a team

  • Highly-organized with the ability to multi-task

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

  • Ability to learn new tools and technologies

  • Flexible work schedule
